UPMT stands for Uttarakhand Pre medical test

It is the state level medical entrance exam conducted by H.N.B. Uttarakhand Medical education university (HNBUMU) for admission to the MBBS, BDS courses in medical college of Uttarakhand

Tentative Dates
Online Application Starts – March 2016
Last Date of Online Application – April 2016
Last date for fees payment – Last week of April 2016
Date of download of admit card– 1st week of May 2016
UPMT Exam Date- 3rd week of May 2016
Result announcement date- last week of May 2016

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum age criteria is 17 yrs

Candidates must have passed class 12th (Physics, Chemistry and biology) with minimum 50% for general category and 40 % for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category.

Those candidates who are appearing in the 12th exam in the year 2016 are also eligible for UPMT 2016

Exam Pattern
Duration: - 3 Hours

Physics - 50 Qs - 50 marks
Chemistry - 50 Qs - 50 marks
Zoology- 50 Qs - 50 marks
Botany- 50 Qs - 50 marks

Total - 200 Qs - 200 marks

Type: - Objective Type

Question Paper Language - English & Hindi
