West Bengal School Service Commission is full form of WBSSC which was established in the year 1997. This commission comes under education department of West Bengal state.

Exam dates:
Online registration starts for Candidates who applied for TET:
12.06.2015 to 30.06.2015

Online registration starts for Fresh Candidates:
18.06.2015 to 30.06.2015

Fees Payments through e-Challan (EASY PAY/ Power Ecoll NEFT) (Applicable only for fresh candidates):
19.06.2015 to 03.07.2015

Tentative Date Of the Test:
11.10.2015

Application fees:
Rs. 250/-

Selection procedure:
40 percent marks obtained in TET out of 150 marks: 60 marks
Academic qualification including professional qualification: 30 marks
Teaching experience: 5 marks
Personality Test: 5 marks
