Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Delhi has announced the exam dates for Common Proficiency Test (CPT). CA-CPT will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2014.

Important Dates:
Availability of online application form: Tuesday, October 07, 2014.
Last date for submission of application form: Tuesday, October 28, 2014.
Date of CPT: Sunday, December 14, 2014.

CPT examination form can be obtained from all regional branches of ICAI on cash payment

One can also fill Online CPT exam form from its official website

Eligibility:
-The registration begins after class 10th
-Although exams can be given only after 10+2.
-Validity for CPT registration is 3 years, after which revalidation can be made.

Paper pattern:
It is a 200 marks exam.
Negative marking will exist.
25% marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
The paper consists of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
