The documents to be submitted by the candidate at the time of admission through DASA (Direct Admission of Students Abroad) in B. Tech Program offered by National Institute of Technology Karnataka are as follows:

The following documents in original along with one set of Photocopy

1. Provisional Admission Letter

2. Passport / Citizenship Card, PIO Card, OCI Card

3. Passport of Parent working in Gulf Countries (for CIWG)

4. Parents valid VISA (for CIWG)

5. Letter from company of parent working in Gulf Countries (if applicable)

6. Applicants who are nationals of Nepal but do not have a passport, need to submit copy of Authenticated Citizenship Card.

7. Proof of Date of Birth

8. Marks Card of the qualifying examination

9. Character & Study Certificate/Pass Certificate from the Institution last attended.

10. X Class marks card for Date of Birth.

11. Passport and Valid VISA of students allotted for admission through DASA

12. Certificate of company / organization as proof that parent working in Gulf Countries

13. Transfer Certificate /School Leaving Certificate issued by the college /Institute last attended by the candidate.

14. Migration Certificate for candidates from other Boards

15. Medical fitness certificate.

16. Passport Size Photographs: 2 Nos.

17. Proof of fee paid (in case of online payment)


(If any certificate is in language other than Hindi or English or Kannada, translation of the same in English is to be produced certified by the competent authority)
