The Documents to be brought at the Time of admission to B.Tech./ B.Arch. programmes under DASA/CIWG Scheme in NIT Calicut are as follows:


The originals of the following documents have to be brought at the time of reporting for admission:

1. Downloaded copy of the data sheet filled online

2. Provisional allotment letter.

3. 10th standard / Matriculation or equivalent certificate or any other certificate issued by government authorities, as proof of date of birth.

4. Mark sheet/grade card and Pass certificate of the qualifying exam

5. Certificate from the school studied as proof of completion of 11th and 12th in case of candidates whose final results are awaited

6. SAT Score Card issued by College Board

7. School Leaving / Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended.

8. Character and Conduct Certificate from the Institution last attended.

9. Character and Conduct Certificate from a Gazetted Officer issued for candidates who have passed the qualifying examination in years prior to the academic year.

10. Passport and VISA to prove the eligibility of DASA candidature.

11. For candidates who are Indian citizens, certificates proving that he/she completed 11th and 12th from an institution abroad, if it is not clear from the School Leaving/Transfer Certificate

12. For CIWG category of candidates, the proof that either of the parent is working in gulf country will be: (1) Passport of the parent working in the gulf, (2) Parent’s visa (3)
Parent’s Work Permit (If any), and (4) Certificate from the company/organization as proof that parent is working in gulf country

13.Medical Certificate issued by a Govt. Medical Officer not below the rank of Asst. Surgeon in the prescribed format.

14. Passport size photographs –5

15.Stamp size photographs -2

16. Copy of the first page of savings bank (SB) account passbook in the name of candidate held in the State Bank of India

17. Statement/Receipt of Institute fee payment

18. Statement/Receipt of payment of deficit amount, if applicable

19. One copy each of the above certificates (item 3 to 12), self-attested.
