Eligibility criteria:

Age : 17 years .

Qualification:

Candidates must have passed 12th standard or equivalent education recognized by the Association of Indian University (AIU), New Delhi in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Computer Science /Bio technology/ biology .

Candidates must have secured a minimum GPA of 6 on a 10-point scale.


Categories of people will be considered as Non Resident Indians:

Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holders

Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) card holders

Passport of an applicant indicating his status as 'Non Resident Indian


Certificates of Non Resident Indian issued by the Indian Embassy/Indian Consulate of the Country where the Non Resident Indian is residing.

It was Founded in August 6, 2001 .

Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and Foreign Nationals (FN) Students who are Interested to apply for B. Tech ICT Programs in Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology Here Details For Same :


Eligibility Criteria for DAIICT NRI / FN Admissions :

Students Admission in DAIICT Under NRI / FN Category Must have Passed cleared the 10+2 (Class XII) Qualifying Examination.

From any system of Education as Recognized by the Association of Indian Universities in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Computer Science /Bio technology/ biology and must have secured a minimum GPA of 6 on a 10-point scale, if grades are awarded. In case marks are awarded, candidates must have secured at least 60% aggregate in all the subjects of the qualifying examination.

For NRI Category, the Candidate or his/her Parents Should be NRI and the Candidate Should have Passed the Prescribed Qualifying Examination from a School/Institution Located outside India.


DAIICT NRI / FN Category Admissions Selection Process :

Preference for Admission Under this Category will be Given to the Candidates who have
Students Should Obtained a total score of 1500 or more in the SAT Subject Tests (formerly SAT II) of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics Level 2 (formerly Mathematics II- C) and / or

He / She have performed well at A-levels or equivalent standard examination of UK education system in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics

Students will have to request the SAT Program to send their SAT Tests scores directly to Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.

DAIICT Intake :

A total of 240 Seats for Indian Students (Filled Based on AIEEE Score) .

In Addition to 240 Seats, 24 Seats will be offered to Non Resident Indians / Foreign Nationals through DAFS.

DAIICT Fee Structure :

Tuition Fee
Rs. 42,500 per Semester

Registration Fee
Rs. 2,500 per Semester

Caution Deposit
Rs. 15,000 (Refundable at the end of the Program)

Hostel Rent
Rs. 10,000 per Semester (Staying in the hostel is mandatory)

Food
Rs.2000 as charged by the canteen/cafeteria
