Skills:

Good Communication Skills.

Basic understanding on banking sector will be an added advantage.

Ability to build and maintain relationship.

Eligibility criteria:


Stream –
Commerce / Arts / Science Graduates / BBM’s.

Candidates from technical stream need not apply.

Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th & Graduation (aggregate in 3 years of graduation) will be the criteria for short listing the application.

Experience: 0-1 years

Job Profile


Verification and accepting of customer requests

Processing of the customer requests / forwarded to the respective units.

Attending all customer queries and resolution them .

Internal communication with other units.

Maintenance of undelivered items and ensuring the delivery of the same to respective customers.

Accepting request for TD issuance, renewal, closure including deposit loans.

Accepting transfer requests, RTGS, NEFT etc.,

Attending to any other customer queries.
