I will tell you simple way to calculate post graduate program GPA calculation of Cochin University of Science and Technology.

Here is the I’m telling you way to calculate GPA
The following grading system be adopted for all the courses. The following grades will be awarded based on the overall performance in each subject.

Range of marks Grades Weightage
90% and above S – Outstanding 10
[80 – 90) A – Excellent 9
[70 – 80) B – Very Good 8
[60 – 70) C – Good 7
[50 – 60) D – Satisfactory 6
Below 50% F – Failed 0

Where [X-Y) means X is included and Y is excluded.

Overall performance at the end of the semester will be indicated by Grade point Average (GPA) calculated as follows:

GPA = G1C1 + G2C2 + G3C3 + ……..GnCn
C1+C2+C3+…………………...Cn.
