CUSAT BSC Marine Technology

I have completed 12th in PCM, so now I want to do B.Sc. Marine Technology from Cochin University of Science and Technology, tell me am I eligible to take admission & also give fees structure for course detailed course syllabus for B.Sc. Marine Technology???

The Cochin University of Science and Technology CUSAT offers B.Tech programme in Marine Engineering is conducted with the approval of Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India, as well as AICTE.

B.Tech programme in Marine Engineering

This consists of 8 semesters with one semester specifically for Afloat training which is carried out in Ship-in-Campus.

Duration - 8 Sem.

Intake - 80

Eligibility Criteria-

Pass in the Plus Two Examination of the State of Kerala or any other examinations accepted as equivalent thereto with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English as separate subjects with a PCM average of not less than 60% marks and minimum 50% for Mathematics alone.

Should have passed English at 10th or 12th Standards with 50% marks (applicable to SC/ST candidates also)

Vocational/Diploma students are not eligible to apply.

Maximum age limit prescribed is 25 years as on 1st September of the year of admission.

Eligibility for admission is based on the directions from the DG shipping.

Physical & eye fitness certificate from a medical officer approved by the DG Shipping should be produced at the time of admission
