Responsibilities and duties

Handle the operation of the payments transaction, inward and outward remittance via SWIFT/ RTGS;

Provide telephone services to in-house departments and the customers;

Conduct the compliance review of payments operation;

Handle the account posting, bank charges, FX deals, bank reconciliation and other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

Candidate should be graduate or above;
At least 5 years solid experience in remittance operations of banking industry;

Excellent English and Chinese typing skills;

Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel;

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; and

Immediate availability is preferred.
