As per me CSIR-UGC National Eligibility Test hold Tentatively on Sunday 19th June , 2016 for determining the eligibility of the Indian National candidates for the award of Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) NET and for determining eligibility for appointment of Lecturers (NET) in certain subject areas falling under the faculty of Science & Technology Key dates for CSIR-UGC National Eligibility Test Tentative Date of Single MCQ Exam: 19th June 2016 Online application starts from: 05th February 2016 Last date of online application: 01st March 2016 Last date of online payment of fee: 29th February 2016 Last date for receipt of application: 07th March 2016 Last date for receipt of application for remote area: 14th March 2016 Fee Exam Fee for Online Application: Applicants applying for the Test may deposit their Examination fee in any branch of the Indian Bank throughout the country by paying the following fee in cash: General - Rs.1000/-; Other Backward Classes (OBC) - Non Creamy Layer - Rs.500/-; SC/ST/Physically Handicapped (PH) or Visually Handicapped (VH) - Rs.250/- Srinagar and Imphal Applicants may deposit their fees through RTGS or NEFT by giving particulars of the Indian Bank, as notified in the fee deposit challan Selection procedure: The selection for award of JRF shall be made on the basis of a competitive written test called the National Eligibility Test (NET), conducted by CSIR at national level and consisting of two papers |
