Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), on 20 December 2015 held Joint CSIR UGC NET Exam 2015 for different subjects for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) NET and for the appointment of lecturers (NET).

CSIR-HRDG has published the tentative cut off for the various subjects category wise for LS and JRF for the previous CSIR NET Exam. Bare minimum cut–off percentage for the award of fellowship/lectureship in different disciplines in the Joint CSIR –UGC Test for Junior Research Fellowship and Eligibility for Lectureship is as follows:
