Company Secretary Course is conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and this course is sub divide in three sections:

Foundation,
Executive, and
Final

After 12th you can apply for Foundation course, here is eligibility:

Eligibility:
The applicant should have cleared 10+2 Exams.
Provisional Registration is also allowed for students who have appeared for their 10+2 Exams and are awaiting their Results.

By age limit:
Minimum 17 years and there is no upper limit

Selection process:
The applicants must join written test to qualify the ICSI CS Exam.
