Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) invites application from time to time from Male and Female candidates for the recruitment of Constable (Trade & Technical) posts.

Age Limit:
18-23 years


Educational Qualification:

Applicant must have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination.

Applicant must have ITI Diploma Certificate in Mechanic Motor Vehicle or Diploma in Automobiles for CT (Fitter)


Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on :
Physical Efficiency Test/ Physical Standards Test,
Written Test,
Trade Test
Medical Examination.


Syllabus for written test :


The written test will be as under:-

The written test will be of 100 marks consisting of two parts which are mentioned below:

Part-I: Knowledge expected from a Class – 10 pass candidates

Part-II: relating to knowledge of the Trade.

Part-I of Question Paper will consist of 50 objective type questions carrying 01 mark each to assess the following:
General awareness / general knowledge
Knowledge of elementary mathematics
Analytical aptitude
Ability to observe and distinguish patterns
Basic knowledge of the candidates in English/Hindi

Part-II of Question Paper will also have objective type questions of 50 marks, separately for each trade to assess the knowledge of the candidate in respective trade. Candidate applying for a particular trade will be given question paper pertaining to that trade only.
The questions will be set both in Hindi and English. Candidates will have the option to answer either in Hindi or English.
Questions in Part-I & II are to be answered using a pen. Use of pencil will not be allowed.
The duration of the Written Test will be 02 hours.

General/Ex-Servicemen-35 %
SC/ST/OBC Candidates-33%

Educational Qualification and Experience Criteria for the vacancies:

Aspirants who want to apply should possess matriculation / 10+2 or equivalent as per the post requirement from a recognized Board/ University

Age Limitation for the vacancies:
Age limitation of the aspirants should be 18 years to 23 years as on the last date for receipt application
Age relaxation is appropriate as of 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC & for others as per regulations.

Applicants must have to pay Rs. 50/- through Crossed Indian Postal Order/ Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque in favour of DIGP, GC CRPF, New Delhi.
No fee for SC/ ST category and Females aspirants
