What is the full form of the CRPF in area of police department? I searched on the internet and found that it is Central Reserve Police Force? Is it right full form of the CRPF? if not then please update me with right one. My name is raj and I want join the police department.

The full form of CRPF is Central Reserve Police Force.

The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) is the largest of India's Central Armed Police Forces.

It functions under the aegis of Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) of the Government of India.

The CRPF's primary role lies in assisting the State/Union Territories in police operations to maintain law and order and counter insurgency.
