Here I am giving you details about Promotion Policy and salary offered to PO at SBI (State Bank of India).

SBI PO Promotion Policy:

The promotion policy of State Bank of India is also very attractive as compared to other Public and Private sector banks of India. SBI conducts promotion exams after every 2 to 3 years for its employees.

State Bank of India provides post in 34 foreign countries through its 180 overseas offices after promotion.

Salary of SBI PO:
The basic pay of a person at the time of joining at SBI as a PO is Rs. 16,900/- per month

The basic pay of SBI PO is fledged with 4 increments in the scale of 14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700.

In a metropolitan city like Mumbai, SBI PO PO getting Rs. 8, 40,000/- per annum

1. Basic Pay: Rs. 16900 (14500+600*4)
2. DA: Rs. Rs. 13562 (80.25% of 16900)
3. HRA and CCA: Rs. 29500 (Varies from city-to-city)
4. PF Contribution: Rs 1690
5. Other Addition: Rs. 4130 (Petrol, Newspaper, EA, House and Furniture Maintenance, etc.)
