I have decided to apply for the SSC CPO Sub Inspector (SI) Exam and want all the details related to this exam. Will you provide me selection process and eligibility required to apply for this exam also tell me what the dates for submission of COP SI form provide important dates?

SSC conducts exam for Sub Inspector (SI) in Delhi Police and ASI in CAPF, BSF, CISF Etc.

SSC will hold an examination for Recruitment of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police & Central Armed Police Forces(CAPFs) and Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF on 20.03.2016 (Paper 1) & 05.06.2016 (Paper 2)

Age Limit (As on 01 Jan. 2016) : Age Limit For the post of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police & CAPFs and Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF is 20-25 years. Cut Off Date for Deciding Age will be 01.01.2016.
Age Relaxation for Reserved Categories As per India Govt. Rules.…

Age Limit for OBC Category (After Relaxation): 20 to 28 Years.
Age Limit for SC/ST Category (After Relaxation): 20 to 30 Years.

Pay Scale :

Sub-Inspector in CAPFs : (Central Armed Police Forces)
The post carries pay scale of Rs 9300 – 34800 in Pay Band 2 with Grade Pay of Rs 4200 and is classified as Group ‘B’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.

Sub Inspector (Executive-Male) in Delhi Police
The post carries pay scale of Rs. 9300 – 34800 in Pay Band 2 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200 and is classified as Group ‘C’ by Delhi Police.

Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF
The post carries pay scale of Rs. 5200 – 20200 in PB-2 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/- and is classified as Group ‘C’.

Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree From Recognized University Or Equivalent.
