The best option is M.Tech (Electronics and Communication Engineering) after B.Tech in Electronic and Communication. You can get admission for M. Tech (Electronics and Communication Engineering) through GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering).
You can pursue the following M. Tech courses after B. Tech. Electronics and Communication Engineering-

M. Tech. Automotive Electronics
M. Tech. Communication Engineering
M. Tech. Nanotechnology
M. Tech. Sensor System Technology
M. Tech. VLSI Design

If you want to go abroad for higher studies then you can prefer M.S. for this you have to appear for Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) and or Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) for doing M.S in foreign countries.
