As you have completed your B.Pharm now after this M.Pharm is the best option for you. There are number of institutions or companies which are offering very attractive placements for fresher or experience holders. A Person with M.Pharm may earn 8000-10000 per month initially But later it may be double the salary according to your sufficient knowledge regarding the Pharma field.

Other opt is clinical research after B.Pharm. You can do post graduate diploma in clinical research.
This field has great opportunities in India as it involves study with medication and drugs.
