I have done 12th with PCM and I have an interest in science and research so please tell me that which courses would be best for me?

If you want to make your career in research than you have to do graduation degree

If you are interested in Engineering than firstly do B.Tech in any of the specializations

Aeronautical
Biotech
Civil
Computer Science
Electrical
Electronics
Telecommunication
Mechanical etc

After B.Tech apply for Integrated Ph.D it is offered by NIT, it is the best ininstitute so you can do from here

Eligibility for Integrated Ph.D in NIT

Candidate with B.E. / B. Tech in appropriate branch of engineering with minimum of 80 % marks or equivalent from recognized University.

Selection Procedure
The selection will be based on the performance in the class XII, B.Tech / BE or equivalent examination and in the Interview conducted by NIT(AP)

Candidates with valid Gate score will be preferred.
Starting of session
The candidates enrolled to the Integrated PhD programme should report to the Institute for completing admission formalities by 31st August each year

Duration of the Programme: 5 years
