Yes ,with qualification of 12th pass , you are eligible for Constable posts in Crime Investigation Department

But for the higher posts you have to complete your graduation first.

CID which comes under the government of India.

CID investigates the criminal cases in the country.

Applicants must write the UPSC exams which are every year.
There are two types of posts under CID,they are:
1.Constable post.
2.Sub Inspector post and higher officer posts.

The Eligibility details of the constable post are as follows:
Applicants must have pass 10th or 12th with atleast 55% to 60% of marks.
Students Must be of 18 years of Age.
Maximum 30 years of age for General category applicants
Age relaxation is provided for Reserved categories.
3 years for OBC categories.
5 years for SC/ST categories.
10 years for PH categories.

There are three following stages of selection .
1. Written test.
2. Physical test.
3. Interview.
