Both these courses are good. There are plenty of opportunities in both these fields.
With right combination of skill and experience both have good payscale.
I will advice you to choose one which suits your skills, abilities and talent.

MBA- Master of Business Administration. This course is meant for aspirants who are seeking career in business sector. You should opt for this field if you have leadership skills.

M.Tech- Master of Technology. It is a PG level course in the field of engineering. It gives an opportunity to specialise in the field of interest. And opens new path in the field of technology/engineering.

MBA will offer you jobs in non-technical section while M.Tech will take you to a technical role.
As seeing the trend abroad M.Tech is having more promising future. And their demand is increasing at a fast pace.
