For placement in core companies after B. Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation you have to meet following eligibility criteria:

Eligibility criteria:
4-year Engineering Degree BE / B. Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation streams of engineering.

You should have good academic records, i.e. above 70% in 10th, 12th and UG
