The Food and Drugs Administration is an independent Directorate under the Public Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
The Food and Drugs Administration came from April 1st in the year 1979.
It was a part of the Directorate of Health Services, M.P.


Consumer Rights for Drugs/Process:
The Recognised Consumer Association is enabled to obtain report test or analysis of drug purchased by him under Section 26 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.

The consumer has to submit application to the Govt. Analyst, Drug Testing Laboratory, Idgah Hills, Bhopal (M.P.) in Form 14-A.

Please do not use medicines without consulting with doctor.
Please purchase medicines from a licensed dealer always.
When the medicine is not available then consult with Doctor.
