Company Secretary (CS) Course is offered by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). This course has following three stages:

Foundation Program
Executive Program
Professional Program

Eligibility for the CS course:
The applicant should have completed 12th with good academic record from any recognized board of India.

Duration:
Minimum 3 years and maximum 6 years

Examination fee
Foundation Programme -Rs. 1200/-
Executive Programme - Rs. 1200/- per Module
Professional Programme -Rs. 1200/- per Module

Last date for submission of application for appearing in the examination 25th March (with late fee of Rs. 250/- till 9th April)
25th September (with late fee of Rs. 250/- till 10th October)
