Airedale Health Centre provides a base for a range of services provided in the
Wakefield area by South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

Community mental health services department of Airedale Health Centre is

Community mental health team 2 is one of four community mental health
teams for working age adults in the Wakefield area. The team aims to meet
the needs of and improve outcomes for individuals with severe and complex
mental health problems and their carers.

Community mental health team 2 covers the east of the Wakefield district
and offers a service to people aged between 18 and 65, focussing on the
needs of people with psychosis and affective disorders, such as depression.

The team offers assessment, care management and a range of evidence
based treatments to improve mental wellbeing. We are committed to a
person centred recovery.
