Common Entrance Test CET Law Punjab

Hi I would like to know the details of the Common Entrance Test for the Law course offered by the Punjab University as I am planning to appear for the same?

Punjab CET Law is a placement test led for admission to college classes in law in Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar; Punjab University, Chandigarh and Punjabi University, Patiala. The different undergrad law courses accessible through Punjab CET Law are BA LLB, BA LLB (Hons) and LLB. These three are the fundamental colleges in Punjab giving hopefuls in Punjab different law and different courses.

85% of seats in these colleges and the organizations associated to these colleges are saved for Punjab domiciled competitors. The BA LLB and BA LLB (Hons) courses are of 3 years and for 10+2 passed understudies while LLB course is of 3 year and for graduate understudies.

Qualification Criteria:

10+2+3 - For 3yr LLB - 45% (gen) , 40% (sc/st)

10+2 - For 5yr BA LLB - 45% (gen) , 40% (sc/st)

Reservation of seats:

85% seats saved for punjab understudies (Based on Punjab CET Law 2011 score)

15% seats saved for different states understudies (Based on Punjab CET Law 2011 score)
