Common Entrance Examination for Design
I want to take part in the Common Entrance Examination of Design so please can you give me the date of Entrance and provide me the syllabus of the entrance and give me the procedure to apply for the entrance?

Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT, Bombay), conducts an all India examination which is Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED), on behalf of the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Department of Education, Government of India. Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay conducts CEED for following PG programs: -Master of Design Programme -PhD Programmes in Design in (IISC Bangalore and IIT Bombay.) Eligibility: Applicant should have bachelor’s degree in Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics followed by qualifications obtained through an examination conducted by professional societies recognized by UPSC/AICTE. |

The Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED) is conducted in two parts. All candidates must answer both the parts. Part A is a computer-based screening test evaluating visualization and spatial ability, environmental and social awareness, analytical and logical reasoning, language and creativity, observation and design sensitivity. One shortlisted in Part A will qualify for the evaluation of Part B. Part B evaluates drawing, creativity, communication skills and analytical and problem solving skills. Part B scores will be calculated using the method mentioned in the brochure. The final CEED score will be calculated by giving 25% weightage to marks obtained in Part A marks and 75% weightage to scores obtained in Part B. Important Dates 2019 Online Registration with regular fee OCTOBER 9 – NOVEMBER 14, 2018 Online Registration with late fee NOVEMBER 15 – 16, 2018 Admit card available for download JANUARY 1, 2019 ONWARDS Date of Examination JANUARY 19, 2019, SATURDAY 10:00 TO 13:00 HOURS Release of draft answer key for Part A JANUARY 25, 2019 Last date of sending comments about draft answer key for Part A JANUARY 31, 2019 Release of final answer key for Part A FEBRUARY 4, 2019 Declaration of result MARCH 4, 2019 Score cards available for download MARCH 4, 2019 CEED Eligibility Criteria 2019 Age limit No age limit.
