CDS exam is organized by UPSC for recruitment to the Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Naval Academy and Air Force Academy.

Eligibility

A candidate must be citizen of India

Indian Maritime Academy (IMA) :- Unmarried Male applicants aged between 18 and 22 years are eligible to apply.

Indian Airforce Academy (IAA):-Unmarried Male applicants aged between 18 and 22 years of age are eligible to apply.

Indian Naval Academy (INA):- Unmarried Male applicants aged between 18 and 22 years of age are eligible to apply.

For Officers Training Academy [ SSC Course for Women (Non-Technical)]:- Umarried/Issueless Widows/Issuless

Divorcees aged between 18 and 22 years of age are eligible to apply.

For Officers Training Academy (SSC Course for Men):-

Unmarried/Married Male aspirants aged between 18 and 22 years of age are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification:-

For Indian Naval Academy :- Engineering Degree from a recognized university or institution.

For IMA and Officer's Training Academy:- Degree from a recognized university or equivalent.

For AirForce Academy:- Degree from a recognized university (with Physics and Chemistry as subjects in 10+2) or Bachelor of Engineering.
