I want to apply for Combined Defence Services CDS exam so can you please provide me the application form to apply for this exam?

The Combined Defence Services Examination (CDS) is conducted by Union Public Service Commission UPSC twice a year for recruitment into the Indian Military Academy, officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy.

The last date to apply for CDS exam was 04 December 2015 so you can try next time.

CDS exam dates-

Release of notification 06 November 2015
The Last date of submission of application form 04 December 2015
Date of CDS Exam 14 February 2016

CDS exam application form-

As the Application Form of CDS 2016 can be filled online only from the official website of Union Public Service Commission UPSC.

It will be filled in two phases.

You have to enter the following information in the application form-

i. Name of the applicant
ii. Gender
iii. Category
iv. Father’s name
v. Mother’s name
vi. Nationality
vii. Marks in %
viii. Qualification degree
ix. Board/ University
x. Contact info etc

This is the part 1 of CDS 2016 Application Form.

Now, it’s the time to pay the registration fee of Rs 200 for general category candidates.

There is no fee for reserved category candidates and women aspirants.

After paying the fee, proceed towards the part 2 of the application form.

Upload the photo and signature and finish the part 2.

Submit it for completing the procedure.

Mode of Payment of fee: Fee can be paid either via:

Online mode: Credit/ Debit card.

Offline mode: Submitting the e- challan at the SBI bank only.
