Coal India Limited recruits the candidates for Management Trainee post by conducting an online exam and then shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview round. Reference Books for MT exam Finance and Accounts Coal India Ltd Management Trainee Recruitment Exam (Paperback) Exam pattern There are going to be two Objective type papers: Paper-1 is an Aptitude paper, covering General Awareness & Aptitude.
