At the present time Mr. S. Narsing Rao, Chairman of the coal India. The Mr. S. Narsing Rao has post-graduate in Chemistry and Economics he also holds a post-graduate higher diploma in forestry. He had undergone training in Forestry and Rural Development sectors before joining the IAS.
