You are looking for the details regarding the CLAT exam. So I am providing it to you:

Eligibility:

The applicants must have Senior Secondary School/ Intermediate or its equivalent certificate from a known board with at least 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).

The applicant should be below 20 years of age as on July 1, 2015 (22 years for SC/ST candidates).

Paper pattern:

Exam Description
Total Marks 200
Number of multiple-choice questions of one mark each 200
Duration of Examination Two hours (02:00 hours)


Subject areas with Weightage
English including Comprehension 40 Marks
General Knowledge and Current Affairs 50 Marks
Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability) 20 Marks
Legal Aptitude 50 Marks
Logical Reasoning 40 Marks


Exam Description
Maximum Marks 150
Duration of Examination Two hours (02:00 hours)
Multiple-Choice Questions 150 questions of one mark each
Allocation of questions to be asked from different areas of law:
1. Constitutional Law: 50
2. Jurisprudence: 50
3. Other law subjects: 50
such as Contract, Torts, Criminal Law, International Law, Family Law, property Law, IPR etc.
