Both Civil Engineering and Chemical Engineering Courses are good and having their own importance in their respective field . Civil Engineering Civil Engineering is a four year course, minimum eligibility for which is an intermediate (10+2) with subjects such as physics, maths and chemistry. Deals with planning, designing, and supervising the construction of facilities required for modern life. Some job profiles: - Division Head Project Manager Senior Engineer Researcher Chief Engineer Supervisory Engineer Professor and Teachers Independent Consultants Director of Public Works Chemical Engineering Chemical engineering covers designing as well as maintenance of chemical plants. Chemical Engineering is a four year course, minimum eligibility for which is an intermediate (10+2) with subjects such as physics, math and chemistry. Chemical Engineering graduates have plenty of job opportunities in manufacturing and service industries such as food petrochemical, plants, pharmaceuticals, synthetic fibers, chemical engineering designs, nuclear energy, materials science, , materials, specialty chemicals, plastics, power production, biotechnology, Tyre manufacturing, nanotechnology, mining process, mineral based industries, development of new sources of energy and even medicine. Some opt to work in laboratories and universities as a professor. |
