Civil service examinations are examinations implemented in various countries for recruitment and admission to the civil service.

As you asking here I am telling Civil service exams are used across the nation to screen candidates for federal, state, and local government positions. They test for various professions within these agencies.

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has published notification of civil service exam ,detail are as follows :

Eligiblity:
Applicants must possess Degree of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University Under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification.

Age Limit:
Applicants age limit should be between 21 32 years
Age relaxation is applicable to 05 years for SC/ ST Applicants, 03 years for OBC Applicants.


Selection Process:
Applicants will be selected based on written test, screening test, personality test/ interview.

Application Fee:
Applicants should pay Rs. 100/- through Online or Off Line. No fee for Female/ SC/ ST/ PH Applicants.
