INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES :
1. SECTION-A is COMPULSORY consisting of TEN questions carrying TWO marks each.
2. SECTION-B contains FIVE questions carrying FIVE marks each and student has to attempt any FOUR questions.
3. SECTION-C contains THREE questions carrying TEN marks each and student has to attempt any TWO questions.

1. Answer briefly :

c) What do you mean by Decay of Timber?
d) Write a note on plastic as Building Material.
e) What are the different methods of plastering?
f) Describe the special material for plastered surface.
g) Differentiate between Segregation and Bleeding of Concrete.
h) How Fire protection measures can be considered in a building?
i) Describe cement concrete hollow blocks.
j) Differentiate between Paint and Distemper
