IVR stands for Interactive Voice Response system for Automatic Phone Banking System

This state-of-the-art system will offer you a higher level of confidential banking by phone and enable you to carry Citibank required bank transactions on your own by means of telephone keys.

In order to be able to use services of the Automatic Phone Banking System, make sure that your phone has been switched over to the tone mode.

In case you face any difficulties with the system, you always have an opportunity to switch to a Citiphone banker by pressing "0" button. CitiPhone banker will answer all the questions and give all kind of necessary clarification.

Citibank's IVR System provides the following services:

Ability to speak with a Customer Service Officer
Activate your card
Generate your Telephone Personal Identification Number code (TPIN)
Change your Telephone Personal Identification Number code (TPIN)
Change your ATM Personal Identification Number code (APIN)
Access available cash & credit balance
Access your last 5 transactions on the card
Access last payment received amount & date
Generate your duplicate statement
Report lost or stolen cards

On selecting Account related information, IVRS provides several option and the customer can select the option according to his need:

Current balance
Deposits
Withdrawals
Bank statement
