Can you tell me the process to make online payment for my Mobile bill through Citibank as I am trying to do so but every time getting an error message, please help me with this?

The process to make online payment for my Mobile bill through Citibank is as follows:

Visit the official website of Citibank India

Click to “Pay Utility Bills” under “Online Services” on the top of the home page

Click to “I Accept”

Click to “Vodafone” under “Mobile”

On the new page fill in all the required details and submit
