The CITGO Lemont Refinery is a supplier of fuels, mainly in the upper Midwest. The original CITGO Lemont Refinery was built in 1920s and the new CITGO Lemont Refinery was built in 1968-1970.

The Refinery has gained safety leadership post and got many safety awards.
