Well the CUTS has initiated the inception of the CUTS Institute for Regulation and Competition (CIRC) in India, which aims to fill in the prevailing gaps and enhance knowledge on regulatory issues This has led CIRC and NLUD to collaborate to offer these courses on Competition Policy and Law (CPL). CPL courses are specially designed for practitioners, working professionals and students of Law, Business Management, Economics, Chartered Accountancy (CA) and Company Secretaryship (CS), to acquire deep understanding and knowledge of competition law and related issues. CUTS Course Programme Eligibility Certificate Course in Competition Policy and Law Applicant must have completed 10+2 from any recognised board. Eligibility Diploma Course in Competition Policy and Law Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University; or Students in final year of Graduation; or Students who have completed three years of graduation programme of five year integrated programme. CUTS Course Curriculum Two courses are being offered by CUTS Institute for Regulation & Competition (CIRC) and National Law University, Delhi (NLUD). Point Certificate Course on Competition Policy and Law Point Diploma Course on Competition Policy and Law Outline of the Certificate and Diploma Courses on Competition Policy and Law First four modules form part of the Certificate Course on Competition Policy and Law. All the eight modules would be covered in the Diploma Course on Competition Policy and Law.
