CIPTE is an autonomous institute under the department of chemicals and petrochemicals, ministry of chemicals and fertilizers, Government of India. Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET) conducts the entrance examination. CIPTE offers many courses of Bachelor and Post graduate level. It offers Doctoral programs also.
