he University of Arizona is a public research university located in Tucson, Arizona, United States. Founded in 1885, UA was the first university in the Arizona Territory.

The UAPD has dual accreditation through the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Services (CALEA) and the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA). This accreditation means that UAPD has met and continues to meet high standards of professional excellence

The department has 66 state-certified police officers and 49 civilian employees who are here to help and respond to your calls 24 hours a day.
