Change Stream after 12th Class in Commerce

I have completed 12th Class in Commerce and now want to change stream in graduation so please tell me that is it possible?

It is possible to change stream after 12th Class in Commerce but you have option to do Graduation in Humanities. Science and Maths are not allowed in Graduation for Commerce students.
