Change Branch after Diploma In Electronics And Telecommunication

Please tell me that can I change my branch in civil engineering after completing diploma in electronics and telecommunication ?

As per my information any candidate completing their diploma in engineering in 3 years /6 semesters can get admission direct in the 2nd year B.Tech engineering course through Lateral entry scheme. So you can’t change your branch.

As you are completing diploma in electronics and telecommunication you get admission in 2nd year of the B. Tech electronics and telecommunication engineering branch.
