Can you tell me in detail about the Counselling in class 11the of Chandigarh Government Schools?

Education Department-Chandigarh Administration conducts counselling procedure for admissions to CBSE class 11 in total of 39 Govt schools located in Chandigarh

Registration Form can be filled online and also be downloaded from the website chdeducation.gov.in

Prospectus can be obtained from the schools listed below:

Govt. Model Sr. Sec. School, Sector-10, Chandigarh
Govt. Model Sr. Sec. School, Sector -28, Chandigarh
Govt. Model Sr. Sec. School, Sector- 37-D, Chandigarh
Govt. Girls Model Sr. Sec. School, Sector-20-B, Chandigarh
Govt. Model Sr. Sec. School, Sector-46, Chandigarh
Govt. Model Sr. Sec. School, Modern Complex, Manimajra


Important Points to Remember:-
One need to fill the Registration form and deposit the application form in one of the school mentioned above.


One can check the status in the common merit list on the chdeducation.gov.in

One can check the allotment of Schools and Streams

Deposit the fees in the school at where seat has been allotted.


One have to report in the school along with filled in admission form, original documents, latest photographs & a spare set of photocopies of documents.


In case one want to change school and stream OR one have not been allotted any seat during first round of seat allotments then one need to submit “Form for change of School and Stream” during 2nd & 3rd round of counseling.
