Staff Selection Commission conducts Combined Graduate Level Examination (SSC – CGL) for recruitment to different Central Civil posts – Assistant Inspector SI Divisional Accountant Statistical Officer Auditor Accountant Junior Accountant UDC Tax Assistant Compiler, The recruitment for these posts is done in following departments Central Secretariat Service Central Vigilance Commission Intelligence Bureau Ministry of Railways Ministry of External Affairs Ministry of Defence CBI and a few other Ministries Departments Organisations of the Central Govt. Qualification: Aspirants must possess bachelor degree from any institute listed by UGC to apply in these examinations. Age: 1. Aspirants are required to possess the age limit of 18 years to 27 years to apply. 2. Age relaxation for the reserved category will be applicable as per government rules. Selection process: After a successfully written test on suitable dates, there will be held second paper for TIER 2, based on computer proficiency, Objective questions. And then aspirants will be asked to join on the basis of merit list draw up by Commission of India. SSC CGL Application Fee: Aspirants who belong to general Category have to pay application fee of Rs 100/- and for reserved category, there is no requirement to pay any fee. |
