CG PET counselling

Hello sir I want to appear in the counselling of CG PET so please provide me complete information about this counselling.

The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Chhattisgarh, will conduct the online CG PET 2016 Counselling for admission into academic session 2016-17.

CG PET Counselling

The registrations for JEE Main 2016 entrants will commence earlier as compared to the registrations for PET 2016 entrants.

Different counselling schedule will be issued for JEE Main & PET entrants.

Candidates applying must strictly adhere to the given counselling schedule.

A set standard pattern will be followed by the authority in the conduct of the CG PET 2016 Counselling, which will comprise of filling up of the Application cum Option Form.

CG PET Counselling Procedure

All the candidates will be required to apply online as per the counselling schedule.

Candidates will have to access these portals respectively as desired and will have to register online and fill up their desired choices of colleges.

Thereafter, candidates will have to undergo the process of document verification & submission of challan for every round.

After the verification of the documents, DTE will announce the result of the seat allotment after every round.

Candidates, who will be allotted the seats will be required to report to their allocated centres physically to claim the seat allotted to him/her.

Documents required for counselling

Candidates will have to carry their original documents along with a set of photocopies of each of them.

Following is the list of documents required to be produced by the candidates –

Copy of online filled CG PET 2016 Counselling Application cum Option Form

Mark-sheet of class X or Date of Birth Certificate

Mark-sheet of class XII (Online generated mark-sheet can also be furnished in case the same is not available in original)

Scorecard/Rank-card of JEE Main 2016/PET 2016 entrance test (as applicable)

Admit Card of JEE Main 2016/PET 2016 entrance test (as applicable)

Certificate stating the domicile of the candidates

2 passport size photographs (recent)

If category reservation claimed, then the respective certificate in support of such reservation.

Important Dates for CG PET 2016 Counselling
