Yeah of course you can apply for CETs of other states as there is a reservation seats for non-local candidates.

A.P. State Council of Higher Education has released the Common Entrance Tests (CETs) to be conducted for admission into various courses.

Local Non-Local Status

Local and non local status is very important factor in EAMCET admissions.

If the Intermediate certificate is from Outside Andhra Pradesh, then applicants will be treated as a Non Local candidate for EAMCET admission.

Many Telugu people, across India or from abroad want to take admission in Andhra Pradesh, but they may be treated as non local applicants when it comes to admissions due to various reasons
