Centre for Health Sciences, University of Calicut is established in 1996 as Centre for Paramedical Courses and was shifted to the Main campus in 2000.

Centre For Health Science Calicut University courses offered:

1. B. Sc. MEDICAL BIOCHEMISTRY (Faculty of Medicine)

Duration : 4 years

Intake : 25 seats (50% Govt. Merit seats and 50% University Management seats)

Eligibility: Pass in Higher Secondary Examination in Science group with minimum of 50% marks in optional subject Physics, Chemistry and Biology or equivalent course recognized by the University of Calicut.

Tuition Fee: Tuition fee Rs. 33,000/- per semester (Merit), Rs. 42,000/- per semester (Management)

2. B. Sc. MEDICAL MICROBIOLOGY (Faculty of Medicine)

Duration : 4 years
