CSIR-Central Glass & Ceramic Research Institute (CGCRI) has released a notification for the recruitment of Research Associate I, Project Assistant vacancies for the project titled Development of a Replicative, Rapid, Net Shape Manufacturing Process for precision Glass Optic on contractual basis.

Eligibility Criteria-

For Research Associate-

ME/ M.Tech Mechanical/ Chemical/ Ceramic/ Metallurgy & Materials or equivalent/ B/ Production/ Laser Science/ Laser Tech/ Laser Engg Or equivalent/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication Engg or equivalent with 3 years of experience after obtaining the above mentioned degree with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal or Ph.D in Science (Physics/ Chemistry) or Ph.D in Engg (Mechanical/ Chemical/ Metallurgy & Materials or equivalent/ Production/ Laser Science/ Laser Tech/ Laser Engg. or equivalent/ Nanotechnology/ Nanoscience/ Nano engineering or equivalent/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication Engg or equivalent

For Project Assistant-

Graduate in Any Discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA/ DGPA or Diploma in Engg. with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA/ DGPA

Age Limit:

Candidates age should be 35 years for S.No-01, 28 years for S.No-02

Age relaxation of 5 years is admissible to SC/ ST/ OBC/ Women/ Physically Handicapped candidates as per rules.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on applicants performance in interview.
